Privacy statement


Your privacy is of great importance to WHISH VOF. We therefore keep our privacy law. This means that your data is safe with us and that we always use them decently. In This privacy statement we explain what we do with all the information we find out about you on our web stores cardprotector.nl, cardprotector.eu, whish.nl and by-bob.com.

Order handling


When you place an order with us, we will use your personal data to handle it decently. We may then give your personal data to our carrier to have the order delivered to you. We also receive information about your payment from Paypal or credit card company. For handling the order we use your placed comments on the order and loyalty points., contact details, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number and billing address. We are legally obliged to do so. We keep this information until your order is completed and seven years thereafter (that is accordingly the statutory retention obligation).

Provide to third parties

We work together with certain companies, who can receive your personal data from us mentioned above.

To deliver the orders we work together with:

-Our postal company MyParcel; EU Postal Package BV; Parcelinternational; PostNL; Bpost; DHL; TNT; Fedex; UPS and USPS

Of these parties is USPS established outside the EU


We explicitly state that no personal data is exchanged with Paypal and our other payment provider Sisow. Payment handling is done entirely on Paypal's or Sisow's portal where you have to enter your data, if necessary.


After pay with Billink


For Dutch customers there is the option to pay afterwards. The service is possible via our partner Billink. However, there are risks associated with such a service. That is why Billink has established some rules that we as WHISH and you as a customer have to comply with in order to ensure a good end of payment. The customer who pays with Billink must observe the following.


The personal data and/or business data processed by WHISH in the course of the business shall be (partly) used by Billink or by third parties to whom the claims assigned (transferred) to. and can be used for:

a) risk assessments

B) the prevention, Detection and control of fraud or irregularities


Access to our Portal


Our portal gives you access to a management environment where you can set up, specify, and change things of your personal data or history. For the management environment we use your history transactions, comments on orders, Loyalty points, newsletter subscription, address details, payment details, billing address, telephone number and e-mail address. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until the end of the service. You can delete your account by logging in first. and click on GDPR for further steps to follow. As soon as your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the management environment and, for example, you cannot view older transactions.


Statistics and Profiling 


We keep track of statistics about the use of our webshop. With these statistics we improve our webshop to show only relevant information for example. We combine data from all our customers as a whole to find out more about them. To create these statisticsWe use your IP address, transaction details, pages visited. and geographic location. Of course we will respect your privacy at all times. If you do not want this, you can always report it to us. We keep these statistics for one year. 


Contact form and News letter


With the contact form you can ask us questions or make requests. We use your e-mail address and contact details. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until we know for sure that you are satisfied with our response. You can subscribe to our newsletter. Here you can read news, tips and information about our products and services. You can cancel this subscription at any time. Every newsletter contains a unsubscribe link. You can also pass through your account. 

Your email address will only be added to the list of subscribers with your permission. This information will be retained until you cancel the subscription.


Your account


You do not need to register. If you do not register, no customer card will be created. If you create an account for your convenience, you have to consider the following, You must specify information about yourself and choose a user name and password. With this we create an account, on which you can log in with that user name and a password you choose. For this we use your address, telephone number, e-mail address, IP address and billing adress. We do this on the basis of your consent. We keep this information until you cancel the account. We keep this information so that you do not need to fill it in again and so that we can approach you more easily when needed at the webshop. You can use your account to customize information whenever you want. You can delete your account by logging in first. and click on AVG for further steps to follow. As soon as your account is deleted, you will no longer be able to access the account and, for example, you cannot view older transactions.



Advertising


If you are registered as a newsletter subscriber, we would like to send you advertisements about offers and new products or services. We do this:

You can object to this advertising at any time. Each email contains a unsubscribe link. You use the unsubscribe option or unsubscribe through your account portal. On Facebook and Instagram you can unfollow us



Location information


Sometimes it is necessary for our web stores to find out where you are. We will use Google maps for that.


Providing information to other companies and institutions


With the exception of the above-mentioned partners, we do not give your personal data to other companies or institutions under any circumstances, unless we are legally obliged to do so (for example, if the police require a criminal offence).

Social media buttons are included In our webshop. This allows the administrators of these services to collect your personal data. We recommend to logout from Facebook or Instagram before visiting any web store. 



Cookies


Our webshop uses cookies. Cookies are small files that we can store information in so that you do not have to fill them in every time. We use Google Analytics to track how visitors use our webshop. We have closed a processing contract with Google. There are strict agreements on what they are allowed to keep up with. We allow Google to use the Analytics information obtained for other Google services. We don't let Google anonymize the IP addresses.


Facebook analytics


We use a Facebook App on the homepage so that Facebook knows which Facebook members visit our page. You can prevent this by logging out of Facebook.


Security


Security of personal data is of great importance to us. To protect your privacy, we take the following measures:

- Access to personal data is protected by a username and a login token
- We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) connections that allow All information between you and our website is protected when your personal data is entered
